I’ve been through the ringer when it comes to my health.
I’ve struggled with weight issues, psoriasis, IBS, parasites, candida, mold toxicity, fatigue, hormone imbalance, eczema, broken bones, surgeries, hospitalizations, you name it.
However, most of these hurdles occurred before I turned 27, and before I stumbled upon holistic health and functional medicine.
In the past, my primary focus was on my weight. After all, who doesn't want to feel comfortable in their own skin? I tried reducing calories, dedicating all my spare time to the gym or running outdoors, but saw little improvement.
Then, I was introduced to holistic health/functional medicine and everything changed.
I revamped my diet and actually dialed back my exercise routine (yes you read that correctly), and began living the life I was always meant to live.
My weight started to normalize, my skin issues vanished, and I rediscovered my zest for life.
All because of this SINGLE crucial element: IÂ got curious.
