Hi, I’m Kim Gensler

 

I’ve been through the wringer when it comes to my health—and I’ve come out stronger on the other side.

I’ve faced it all—weight struggles, psoriasis, IBS, mold toxicity, parasites, hormone imbalance, fatigue, broken bones, surgeries, and hospital stays. You name it, I’ve probably dealt with it.

But here’s the thing: most of these challenges happened before I turned 27 and before I discovered holistic health and functional medicine.

Back then, my primary focus was on my weight. Who doesn’t want to feel comfortable in their own skin? I tried restricting calories, spending endless hours at the gym, and running myself ragged—but it wasn’t working.

Then, everything changed when I found holistic health. I shifted my mindset, revamped my diet, and even dialed back my workouts (yes, you read that right!). I finally started living authentically, listening to my body, and focusing on what really mattered.

The result? My weight normalized, my skin cleared up, and I felt more alive than ever.

The turning point was this: I took back control of my health and started taking personal responsibility for how I felt.
